Rewritten

One of my absolutely favorite genres to dabble in is Fantasy, and lately as I was skimming through my gallery... I realized I haven't really done anything fantasy related on this account.  Like, at all really.  So I decided to change that.  And as much as I love making superhero characters, I want to get back to one of my favorite genres again.  And I'd like you guys to join me!  I've been working on this idea for a while now and I've just about got everything worked out.  Still need to tighten up a few details but here's the basic idea.

We start in the kingdom of Lore, the realm of all well known fairytale characters and other legendary creatures all governed under the watchful eye of the fairy entity known as The Fairy Godmother.  And every single being in Lore has their entire life story and events documented in an enchanted Library of sorts, kept and watched over by the being known only as "The Narrator".  However, on one fateful day, everyone's happy endings are suddenly changed for the worse.  (Now this is one of the details I'm still working on, whether or not the Library is simply attacked by an outside enemy, or The Narrator becomes corrupt himself or something else.  But basically what happens is through dark means a magical pen has been created and (whoever it is that has the pen) they have gone and corrupted all of the books within the Library, completely rewriting the lives of those in the well known fairy tales.  Eventually the Fairy Godmother is able to intervene and destroy the dark pen, scattering the parts of it all across Lore.  However, with the amount of magic it took just to combat the person and temporarily destroy the pen, she could not undue the damage that had already been done.  In one last desperate attempt, the Fairy Godmother uses the last of her magic to completely wipe the memory of the entire kingdom, taking away any knowledge of their "story" beforehand and making the existence of the Library, and herself, nothing more than myth.  The people of the kingdom would now have to rely on themselves to fight through their now altered stories and reclaim their Happily Ever After.

Or something like that

 Like I said, still working on it.  But hopefully that was enough to peak your interest maybe?  Once I get everything exactly how I want it, I'm even thinking of possibly opening up a group for this concept.  So if you're interested in the idea, start thinking of a character you'd like to create for this.  I think it could be a fun idea, let me know what you guys think! 8D
